At Femto Easy, we believe that people working with ultrafast lasers should focus their efforts on their specific research activities, instead of wasting time with measurement.

Our Team

Antoine Dubrouil, PhD

Cofounder and CEO

Antoine has 17 years of experience in the ultrafast laser field, 7 years in academic research in some of the most prestigious laser laboratories in France, Italy and Australia and 10 years in the ultrafast laser industry. During his research career he has worked with several existing technologies for ultrafast laser characterization and realized that most of them were difficult to use or led to questionable results. He therefore decided to develop his own devices in order to have innovative, easy-to-use and reliable instrumentation. He started to work with these new systems for his own laboratory needs and then realized that they could actually be of interest to all his peers. He therefore decided to found Femto Easy in 2016 and to address the ultrafast laser market with these innovative products.

Stéphane Lecorné

Cofounder and CIO

Stéphane is an expert software developer with 22 years of experience. Software is a key element in instrumentation, as this is what ensures quick and accurate results while being the main interface between the user and the instrument. Offering the best software in the industry was therefore one of the main ideas behind the inception of Femto Easy. This is the reason why Antoine and Stéphane partnered to launch the company, bringing together their two areas of expertise : ultrafast laser instrumentation and software development.

Mathieu Séménou

CCO (Chief Commercial Officer) and Partner

Mathieu brings more than 20 years of international sales experience in the field of lasers and photonics. He has joined Femto Easy in 2019 to accelerate the growth of the company by being the main point of contact with customers and distributors while bringing his experience of laser-related technical sales and business development. He is dedicated to continually ensuring customer satisfaction by offering the best support and most adequate technical solution for any customer’s need.

À propos de Femto Easy

 

Fondée en 2016, Femto Easy conçoit, fabrique et commercialise des instruments scientifiques de mesure associés aux lasers et notamment aux lasers ultra-rapides (femtosecondes). Le marché des lasers ultrarapides est en forte croissance et Femto Easy se distingue par le développement d’une technologie unique, la fiabilité de ses produits et leur facilité d’utilisation. Mission et responsabilités principales

 

Rattaché(e) au Directeur Commercial, vous aurez pour mission de développer et accompagner notre activité commerciale en France et à l’international :

• Prospecter, développer et fidéliser une clientèle variée et internationale dans le secteur du laser, notamment dans le domaine des lasers ultrarapides (laboratoires, centres de recherche, industriels…).

• Analyser les besoins techniques des clients et proposer des solutions adaptées à leurs applications.

• Élaborer les offres commerciales et assurer le suivi des commandes.

• Réaliser des démonstrations et présentations techniques de nos produits.

• Représenter Femto Easy lors de conférences scientifiques et salons internationaux.

• Contribuer à la promotion des produits.

• Assurer un suivi client rigoureux afin de garantir la satisfaction et la fidélisation des partenaires

• Mettre à jour et structurer le CRM afin d’assurer un suivi efficace des clients et des opportunités commerciales.

Profil recherché

 

Vous êtes diplômé(e) d’une formation supérieure scientifique (ingénieur ou équivalent) avec de solides connaissances en optique, particulièrement dans le domaine du laser. Une connaissance des lasers ultrarapides constitue un véritable atout.

Vous justifiez d’une première expérience en environnement commercial ou démontrez une forte appétence pour la vente technique à votre valeur ajoutée.

Doté(e) d’un excellent relationnel, vous savez adapter votre discours à des interlocuteurs variés, souvent experts dans leur domaine.

Autonome et organisé(e), vous avez le sens du résultat et appréciez le travail en équipe.

La maîtrise de l’anglais est indispensable dans un contexte international. Des déplacements ponctuels en France et à l’étranger sont à prévoir.
