Ultrafast lasers are at the cutting edge of photonics technology, and measuring ultrashort pulses is a complex task; it even sometimes becomes a pain. At Femto Easy, we believe that people working with ultrafast lasers should focus their efforts on their specific research activities, instead of wasting time with measurement.

Our Team

Antoine Dubrouil, PhD

Cofounder and CEO

Antoine has 17 years of experience in the ultrafast laser field, 7 years in academic research in some of the most prestigious laser laboratories in France, Italy and Australia and 10 years in the ultrafast laser industry. During his research career he has worked with several existing technologies for ultrafast laser characterization and realized that most of them were difficult to use or led to questionable results. He therefore decided to develop his own devices in order to have innovative, easy-to-use and reliable instrumentation. He started to work with these new systems for his own laboratory needs and then realized that they could actually be of interest to all his peers. He therefore decided to found Femto Easy in 2016 and to address the ultrafast laser market with these innovative products.

Stéphane Lecorné

Cofounder and CIO

Stéphane is an expert software developer with 22 years of experience. Software is a key element in instrumentation, as this is what ensures quick and accurate results while being the main interface between the user and the instrument. Offering the best software in the industry was therefore one of the main ideas behind the inception of Femto Easy. This is the reason why Antoine and Stéphane partnered to launch the company, bringing together their two areas of expertise : ultrafast laser instrumentation and software development.

Mathieu Séménou

CCO (Chief Commercial Officer) and Partner

Mathieu brings more than 20 years of international sales experience in the field of lasers and photonics. He has joined Femto Easy in 2019 to accelerate the growth of the company by being the main point of contact with customers and distributors while bringing his experience of laser-related technical sales and business development. He is dedicated to continually ensuring customer satisfaction by offering the best support and most adequate technical solution for any customer’s need.

Fondée en 2016, Femto Easy conçoit, fabrique et commercialise des instruments scientifiques de mesure
associés aux lasers ultra-rapides (femtosecondes).

notre équipe.

Mission

Rattaché(e) au Responsable Industriel, vous intervenez à la fois sur les activités de production optique et sur
la logistique associée.

 
Responsabilités principales

PRODUCTION

– Déstockage des composants nécessaires
– Assemblage et montage optomécanique de précision (composants optiques et câblage).
– Réalisation de gravures
– Nettoyage des éléments avant leur entrée en salle propre
– Collage d’optique (densité)
– Réalisation de tests fonctionnels, contrôle qualité et finition
– Participation à l’amélioration continue des procédures.

LOGISTIQUE

Commandes fournisseurs : réception, vérification et stockage
– Réception des commandes fournisseurs (composants, matériel…) et saisie dans le logiciel interne
– Vérification de la conformité des composants
– Contrôle qualité à réception et relevé des non-conformités
– Stockage du matériel
– Réalisation d’inventaires
– Réapprovisionnement des postes de production
Commandes clients : préparation et expédition (France et international)
– Préparation et emballages des produits finis
– Apposition des étiquettes de transport
– Remises des colis aux transporteurs
Environnements de travail
Atelier de production, zone expéditions/réceptions et salle blanche dans le respect des contraintes de
propreté, de qualité et de sécurité laser.

Profil recherché

Formation

Bac+2/Bac+3 en optique, photonique, mesures physiques, microtechniques ou équivalent
(BTS Systèmes Photoniques, DUT Mesures Physiques, Licence pro optique…).

Expérience & compétences

• Bonne compréhension des principes d’optique
• Première expérience en assemblage de systèmes optiques, instrumentation scientifique ou
mécanique de précision
• Sensibilité aux exigences qualité et traçabilité
• Une expérience en PME ou structure agile est un véritable atout.

Savoir-être
Vous êtes :
• Organisé(e) et rigoureux(se)
• Capable de gérer plusieurs sujets en parallèle
• À l’aise pour passer d’une tâche technique à une mission logistique
• Curieux(se) et soucieux(se) du détail
• Orienté(e) solutions et esprit d’équipe

Conditions de travail
• Contrat : CDI à temps plein
• Temps de travail : 39h par semaine
• Heures supplémentaires rémunérées et/ou récupérées (≈10 jours/an)
• Amplitude horaire : présence requise de 8h30 à 12h et de 14h à 17h30

• Rémunération : 28 à 32 k€ brut annuel (heures supplémentaires incluses)
