多脉冲高分辨率频率分辨光门控
MS-FROG 是 FROG 系列产品之一,适用于 pJ–nJ 级脉冲能量条件,或需要覆盖极宽脉宽范围的应用场景,例如从 4 fs 到 80 ps。MS-FROG-SP 通过精细扫描模式下 50 阿秒的时间分辨率,可同时测量飞秒级超短脉冲和皮秒级长脉冲。MS-FROG 采用自主研发、专为 FROG 测量优化设计的光谱仪,能够保证高光谱分辨率,并为脉冲测量提供出色的整体性能。

当激光功率太弱时,选购此内部模块可增加MS- FROG的灵敏度

激光重复率低时可使用的同步模式。建议低于 200 kHz
相位匹配
MS-FROG 的默认配置适用于特定的中心波长。通过相位匹配功能,可调节 SHG 晶体,以在不同中心波长下获得最佳信噪比的测量结果。
少周期扩展
支持少周期脉冲测量,MS-FROG 最短可测至 10 fs,MS-FROG-SP 和 MS-FROG-SLP 最短可达 4 fs
